I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return the sim cards I accidentally left in the room, but the heating was perfect for those chilly evenings. the sitting area and dining table were both spacious and comfortable, and the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the kitchen was well, equipped with high, quality cookware and utensils, and the electric kettle made our mornings a breeze. the flat, screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to our stay, and the staff even recommended some amazing local restaurants like the Newport fish and chip shop just a short walk away. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for another incredible experience.
